Office Policies

At James J. Campbell, MD PC, our main office policy is to treat patients with great care and respect in a warm and welcoming environment.

Once you make an appointment at our office, that time is exclusively reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to make the appointment, notify us as soon as possible. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Payment is requested at the time services are rendered, unless payment plan arrangements have been made with our manager. This includes co-payments, deductibles and amounts not covered by your insurance.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.

Urgent Care

If there is an URGENT medical problem, patients are asked to call the office for advice. If the office is closed, instructions for contacting Dr. Campbell or the on-call physician are given.

For EMERGENCIES, you should go directly to the nearest emergency room, or the Pediatric Emergency Room at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, then notify the doctor. Call an ambulance when necessary.

It is our goal to provide our patients with quality pediatric care that is financially stress-free. Our staff will work hard to obtain the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your insurance policy. Please bring your insurance information with you to every visit.
