Appointments
Please call our office at 315-598-6700 to schedule an appointment. Once you have scheduled your appointment, that time is reserved for you. If for any reason you are unable to come to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
Payment
We ask for payment at the time services are rendered, unless you have made payment plan arrangements beforehand with our manager. This includes co-payments, deductibles, and amounts not covered by your insurance.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, & MasterCard.
Urgent Care
If your child has an URGENT medical problem, please call the office for advice. If the office is closed, our voicemail will provide you with instructions for contacting Dr. Campbell or the on-call physician.
Emergency Care
If your child has an EMERGENCY, go immediately to the nearest emergency room or the Pediatric Emergency Room at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, then notify the doctor. Call an ambulance if necessary.
Insurance
Our goal is to provide our patients with quality pediatric care at an affordable price. Our staff will strive to obtain the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your insurance policy. Please be sure to bring your insurance information with you to every visit.
